The service from staff was disappointing. they seemed overwhelmed and unable to communicate effectively, making my check-in experience a nightmare. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room was subpar, with a musty smell and insufficient cleaning, leaving me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay.

However, we faced some challenges with the restaurant service being crowded and the lack of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good experience.

I enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in a Comfort Triple Room. The proximity to shopping spots and Rockfort Temple was fantastic. Staff members like Pravin and the security uncle were incredibly helpful. Plus, the hotel has a weight scale machine, which is a neat perk! 😊

Just a solid selection for a weekend escape in Tiruchirappalli with good price value. The staff was attentive and even went out to buy biscuits when my mom needed snacks. Bring your own toiletries just in case for better comfort.
